A tooth

Ben officially has a tooth! You can see and feel just a little bit of one of his front bottom teeth.

6 months already?

I cannot believe it has been 6 months already! Time has flown by. Ben has gone from being a helpless little baby to a baby that wants to touch and play with everything. Ben is ticklish and will laugh out loud when he is in the mood-he especially loves being tickled by his Daddy's beard. As you can see in the pictures, he can now sit up by himself. He still topples over if he loses his balance, but he gets better at it everyday. No crawling yet, but he can scooch backwards a little bit when he is on his belly. He is still waking up in the middle of the night, this week I will try have him cry it out(again)and hope it works.
Ben went to the doctor on friday and got 5 shots, he weighs 17 pounds 12 oz and is in the 50% for height and weight.
Ben has been eating cereal like a champ for a while, but this week we started to introduce him to veggies. So far he has tried squash and carrots. He does a good job of eating, but makes a funny face when you first give him something different.

Corey is now glasses free after having lasik done on Friday. He is super thrilled so far with how well he can see.
I am getting a treadmill as part of my attempt to lose the baby weight. My goal is to fit into my old pants by May 1st.

Ben is starting to try and lift up his butt so that he can be on all fours, but most of the time he stays on his belly.

Abby tries to get me to throw her a ball while ben plays with his toy.

Ben grabs Abby's frisbee. He loves to play with things that he is not supposed to play with.

Abby waits eagerly for Ben to throw her the frisbee. Sorry Abby, you'll need to wait another year or two.
